Easy

Plan
We identified the core problem: users struggled to find clothes that matched their unique style. Then we defined the solution: an app that lets users scan clothes, receive style recommendations, and discover outfits tailored to their preferences. Finally, we created a product backlog, prioritizing features like the scanning tool, style-matching algorithm, and personalized recommendations.

Design
We designed wireframes and mockups for the app’s key screens, including the scanning interface, style dashboard, and recommendation feed. We used tools like Figma to create interactive prototypes that demonstrated the app’s functionality and user flow. We shared the prototypes with stakeholders to align on the vision and gather initial feedback.

Iterate
We conducted usability testing with target users to observe how they interacted with the app. We gathered feedback on the scanning feature, style recommendations, and overall user experience. We analyzed the research findings to identify pain points and areas for improvement.

Deliver
We refined the scanning feature to improve accuracy and speed based on user input. We updated the style-matching algorithm to provide more personalized and relevant recommendations. We iterated on the app’s design to enhance usability and ensure it aligned with users’ expectations for self-expression.
