Bucky went above and beyond with these interactions by initiating conversations with prospective students to get to know them and their interests. While our employees do have a script provided to them, Bucky rarely followed the script directly which allowed him to have a much more natural and genuine conversation while still accomplishing the goals of each call job. I have seen him bring these positive interactions to his position in the Tele-center in addition to his position as a Student Ambassador for JMU.Bucky's positive interactions have also been observed by my colleagues as I have received positive feedback from individuals who have heard Bucky's interactions and praised him for his enthusiasm and customer service skills. I have even heard positive feedback from prospective students who thoroughly enjoyed their interactions with Bucky.In conclusion, Bucky is very skilled when it comes to enthusiasm and customer service as he has placed a high value on every interaction that I have seen him make through his role in the Admissions Tele-center. I enthusiastically recommend him for any position that would allow him to utilize his people-skills.
